What This Service Is

PhilFees.com is a free, independent calculator that estimates Philippine court filing fees for Small Claims, Municipal Trial Court (MTC), Regional Trial Court (RTC), and National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) cases, along with related guides, region pages, and downloadable templates. PhilFees is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of the Supreme Court of the Philippines, the Office of the Court Administrator, the Department of Labor and Employment, the NLRC, or any Philippine government agency. All figures are estimates for planning purposes only.

Not Legal Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice, and using the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and PhilFees, Vanilabs, or any contributor to the Site. Content is written by researchers and enthusiasts, not as legal counsel. For guidance on an actual case, consult a licensed Philippine attorney or the Clerk of Court at your filing venue.

Accuracy and No Warranty

We work to keep fee tables current against Rule 141 of the Rules of Court, NLRC Rules of Procedure, and published Supreme Court and OCA issuances, but court fee schedules change and may vary by branch, region, or case classification. The Site and its calculators are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always verify exact amounts with the Clerk of Court or relevant NLRC Regional Arbitration Branch before filing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhilFees and Vanilabs are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site — including a dismissed filing, an incorrect fee payment, a missed deadline, or any decision made based on calculator output, guides, or templates. You use the Site, and any figures it produces, entirely at your own risk.

Templates and Downloadable Documents

Any forms, checklists, or templates offered on the Site are provided for reference and general informational purposes only. They are not certified by any court and are not guaranteed to be accepted by every branch or venue. Review the current requirements of your specific court or agency before submitting any document based on our templates.

Intellectual Property

The Site's design, text, calculators, guides, and templates are the property of Vanilabs unless otherwise noted, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, republish, scrape at scale, resell, or redistribute Site content without our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes not attempting to disrupt or overload our servers, not scraping the Site in bulk, not reverse-engineering the calculators, and not using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Advertising and Third Parties

PhilFees.com displays advertisements through Google AdSense and may link to third-party websites, including government and court websites. Indemnification

You agree to hold PhilFees and Vanilabs harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, given that the Site's content and audience are Philippines-specific.

Changes to These Terms

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
